All orders will be processed within 2 working days.
Delivery to North Island locations usually takes 1-3 business days and to South Island locations 2-4 business days. Rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 days.
Please note that shipping timeframes can be longer during holiday periods, weather events and other events outside of our control.
Tatonka NZ is closed on all New Zealand public holidays. No orders are processed on these days.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, Tatonka NZ will also refund shipping charges to compensate you for the return shipping of the item.
Items should be returned in the original product packaging (with tags), our returns form and a copy of the invoice that was emailed to you when you purchased. If you no longer have the invoice, please include your order number on the returns form.

Please note: we highly recommend sending returns via courier. In the case of NZ Post this means you will need to upgrade from their standard tracked post service to courier. If you do choose to send via post, please expect a delay in the processing of your return of up to 2 weeks.
Clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
