Composition 100% Polyamide
The lightweight, abrasion-resistant polyamide fabric with a yarn count of 100 denier has a fine honeycomb structure. The material is waterproof due to the PU coating, also equipped PFC/PFAS-free. It is used for backpacks and daypacks.

210 T Nylon Ripstop
Composition: 100% Nylon
210T Nylon Ripstop is a lightweight yet durable fabric characterized by its ripstop weave, which integrates thicker threads at regular intervals to prevent tears from spreading. With a thread count of 210 threads per square inch, it offers a fine, smooth surface and excellent strength-to-weight ratio. This fabric is commonly used in outdoor gear such as tents, raincoats, and lightweight bags, providing water resistance and durability without excessive weight.
420 HD Nylon

The classic 420 den Nylon material has proved itself in the “high density” (HD) version as a good, very flexible basic material. The 420 den yarn gives it a very high tear resistance. The material is made waterproof by the triple PU coating.
420 HD Nylon FD Eco
Composition 100% Polyamide
The classic 420 den nylon material proves itself in the “High Density” (HD) version as a good base material, which can be used flexibly. The 420 den thread results in a high tear strength, at the same time this FD yarn (Full-Dull) gives the material a matt surface. The triple PU coating makes it waterproof. The material has a PFC/PFAS-free finish.

Acetal
Composition 100% Acetal
Acetal is a crystalline thermoplastic polymer material. Acetal characteristically has excellent tensile strength, stiffness, surface hardness and chemical resistance. Acetal has excellent flexural memory and property retention when subjected to repeated loading. The normal short-term use temperature range is -40°F to +270°F (-40°C to +132°C). Acetal is recommended for high performance applications and Tatonka uses this material for buckles on backpacks. Physical properties remain consistent across a wide range of temperature, relative humidity, and weather conditions.

We are using the classic CORDURA® fabrics made in high tenacity, air-jet textured nylon 6.6 in 500 Denier. CORDURA® brand provides fabrics that are recognized for their long-lasting durability and resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs and is more durable than other fabrics. No matter the application, CORDURA® fabric offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio, making it a first-choice for durable fabrics.

Cordura 700 DEN is a robust fabric made from high-tenacity, air jet-textured nylon 6.6 fibers. Known for its exceptional abrasion resistance and durability, it is available in various yarn sizes, including 700 denier, making it suitable for demanding applications such as military gear, outdoor equipment, and workwear. The fabric's construction provides excellent tear strength and water repellency, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions.

Screening products with the specially developed tear-resistant material CRYPTALLOY® offer the highest level of protection against RFID/NFC attacks. The TÜV certified material blocks radio waves on all the usual RFID frequencies and can be used for all cards.

Lightweight, abrasion-resistant ripstop fabric with woven diamond pattern. Stronger polyethylene warp and weft threads make this backpack fabric extremely tear and cut resistant.
T-Microrip 2.1 ECO
Composition 100% Polyamide
Thanks to regularly woven in stronger threads, this very light material shows a fine check structure, at the same time resulting in a high tear resistance (ripstop). The PU coating on the inside provides waterproofing. The material has a PFC/PFAS-free finish. It is used for backpacks.
T-Rain Rip

The high-tear and abrasion-resistant RipStop fabric shows a lively surface due to the irregularly interwoven thicker threads. The material is waterproof by PU coating and is used for backpacks.
T-Snow Crust

The lightweight, tear and abrasion resistant polyamide fabric has a fine pattern that resembles ordered snow crystals. Thanks to PU coating on the inside, the material is waterproof. It has a PFC/PFAS-free finish. T-Snow Crust Eco is used for backpacks and bags.
T-Square Rip
Composition 100% Polyamide
Thanks to the fine structure, this development by Tatonka is extremely technical. The very tight, special weaving method of the 210 den fibres makes the fabric extremely strong, but it remains light at the same time. By using FD yarn (full-dull) the fabric gets a dull surface. Perfect for our lightweight trekking and hiking rucksacks.
T-Square Rip Light

The fine Ripstop structure and triple PU/silicone coating make this lightweight fabric extremely resistant to tearing. It is used primarily for small and medium-sized backpacks.
T-Square Tec
Composition 100% Polyamide
This finely woven, very light fabric is made from 210 den threads. The Ripstop structure makes it extremely strong, and the PU coating on both sides makes it waterproof. Tatonka uses the material for travel bags and backpacks.
T-Travel Ballistic TPU

The extremely robust, tear- and abrasion-resistant material is waterproof thanks to the transparent TPU coating on the outside. The material is used for travel bags and is PFC/PFAS-free.
T-Travel Tex Melange

The robust travel bag material with a melange structure and a textile feel has a PFC/PFAS-free, water and dirt repellent finish. The fabric is PU-coated on the inside.

Tarpaulin 1000 is a robust, waterproof fabric crafted from high-tenacity 1000 denier polyester yarn, coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This construction provides exceptional tensile and tear strength, making it suitable for demanding applications such as truck covers, awnings, and industrial curtains. The material's weight ranges from approximately 410 to 900 grams per square meter (gsm), depending on specific requirements, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions. Available in various colors and finishes, including matte and glossy, Tarpaulin 1000 offers versatility for both functional and aesthetic purposes.

The textured polyester material in 600 den threads is robust, colourfast and versatile. PU-coated to achieve a weatherproof finish.
X-Pac RX30
Composition: 100% Recycled Polyester
X-Pac RX30 is a high-performance laminate fabric designed for outdoor and urban applications. It features a 300 denier recycled polyester face, a black post-consumer recycled polyester X-PLY® at a 22° angle, and a 0.5 mil polyester film, all treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish. Weighing approximately 262 g/m² (7.7 oz/yd²), RX30 offers excellent tear strength (84.5 N warp, 79.6 N fill) and waterproofing capabilities (over 13.8 bar). Its construction provides a balance between durability and flexibility, making it suitable for backpacks and other gear requiring robust, sustainable materials.
