The new model has been updated, but these reviews may still help with general feedback on fit, quality and performance.
Makes 30kg feel like 15, comfortable, spacious, can fit an entire hosue inside. Extremely well designed, and by far the bestpack ive ever had
I’ve been using the Tatonka Bison on my hunting trips and the standout for me is how well it carries heavy loads. The ergonomics are spot on, it puts the weight exactly where it should be through your hips, which makes it feel far lighter and much easier on long days in rough country.
It’s tough as well. I’ve put it through thick bush, mud and bad weather, and it just keeps going without any issues. The layout is practical too, everything has its place and is easy to get to when you need it.
Overall, it’s a solid, dependable pack that you can trust when you’re deep in and carrying real weight. Exactly what you want from hunting gear.
Comfortable, Durable, Reliable - Perfect For Your Back Country Ops.
Good rugged piece of kit. Fits in everything under the sun
I have owned this pack for the last 4 years and it’s a beast. Love the harness- that’s the best part- with big loads I can now go further and deeper with out being exhausted and sore. I find the design great too- pockets where you want them, straps for extras on the outside- I strap my rifle to the side without issue and it’s quick access when needed.
The only negative about this size is you tent to pack way more than you need ha ha but hey with the harness like this it’s easy to carry.
