Versatile touring pack with adjustable back length
The Tatonka Norix 48 is a 48 litre touring backpack suited to multi-day tramping, hut trips, weekend hunts and travel. The Frame Comfort Light carrying system is comfortable, lightweight and flexible, allowing good freedom of movement whether you're on a trail or moving through bush.

Adjustable carrying system
The carrying system can be adjusted to your own back length, making it a good fit for a wide range of body sizes. Correctly adjusted, the system transfers load to the hip area, relieving pressure on the shoulders and back. The hip belt features a zipper pocket on one hip flap and can be adjusted single-handed.

Practical storage and compartment layout
The pack sack is divided into main and bottom compartments with a removable divider between them, allowing you to run it as a single compartment when needed. A lid compartment, elastic side pockets, elastic front pocket and gear loops on the lid and front provide additional storage and attachment options for equipment.

Side access to the main compartment makes it easy to reach gear without opening the top. Compression straps on the sides and around the base keep the load stable and positioned close to the back.

A rain cover is stored in the lid compartment and the pack is hydration system compatible. There is also a first aid compartment and fixation points for hiking poles or ice axes.
